- Information collected automatically: pages visited, the page you arrived from, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs), device and browser type, and IP address.
- Call and message records: calls with us may be recorded, and we keep records of texts and emails.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and book your inspection.
- To match you with one independent contractor that serves your area.
- To confirm appointments, send reminders and follow up on service quality.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with law and protect against fraud.
Who we share it with
- The one contractor you are matched with, so they can contact you and perform your inspection.
- Service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, CRM, phone and email tools), who may only use it to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example Meta and Google) to measure ad performance.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your information to lists of contractors.
Calls and texts
If you give consent on our forms, we and your matched contractor may contact you by phone and text, including automated or AI-assisted messages. Consent is not required to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
